1 Bunch Red Radishes 2 Tbs. Red Onion, minced 1 Habanero Pepper, cut in half 1 Tbs. Lime Juice 2 Tbs. Orange Juice 1 Tbs. Apple Cider Vinegar 2 Tbs. Water 1/4 tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp. Allspice, ground 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper 1/2 tsp. Oregano, dry or fresh
Habanero is an extremely hot, orange lantern shaped pepper from the Caribbean.
The name Habanero translates to "Someone from Havana Cuba"
Trim radishes from the bunch.
Wash well in cold water.
Gather and measure spices.
Squeeze lime and orange juice.
Cut Habanero in half.; I would wear latex gloves because peppers are very hot.
Mince and use only one half of the habanero pepper if you are not a fire-eating chile head.
Use a hand grater to grate all of the radishes.
Be careful not to nick your fingertips.
Place grated radishes into a bowl.
Add all other ingredients.
Mix well and serve.
Can also be refrigerated for a couple of hours before serving.
