Red Pepper Sauce


Ingredients:

3       Red Peppers
10     Cloves Garlic
1       Onion
1       Ounce Olive Oil

1.5    Cups Vegetable Stock
1/4    tsp. Salt
1/8    tsp. Black Pepper
2       tsp. Red Vinegar
2       tsp. Lemon Juice

   

Slice onion and pepper.
Peel and lightly smash garlic.
Mix all w/ olive oil.
Place on sheet pan
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Bake 40 minutes.
Remove and let cool.
Puree in blender w/ vegetable stock
Place into sauce pan.
Season w/ salt and pepper
Add Lemon Juice and Red vinegar.
Heat and Serve
