New Taste Thinking:
This is my favorite way to eat broccoli. While steamed or boiled broccoli has a brighter green color, roasted broccoli has a more intense and concentrated flavor. Don't worry if the ends of the florets get a little brown as this will give them a unique roasted flavor. I love to pair roasted broccoli with a baked sweet potato. The colors and flavor work great together. add some kasha with a little bit of extra oil and lemon and you have a great healthy lunch or dinner. You can always add some lean protein if you like.
