Roasted Mushrooms and Asparagus

Heat Oven To 400°
Ingredients:
1 Pound Asparagus 8 Ounces Mushrooms, cremini 2 Tbs. Olive Oil 1 Pinch Salt and Pepper
Place a sheet of foil over 2 sheet pans.
Add one tablespoon of oil to each pan.

Wipe any dirt off of the mushrooms.
Cut the mushrooms in half.

Lightly dip each mushroom half into the oil.
Place the oiled mushroom on the outside of the pan.
Repeat until all mushrooms are on the pan.

Slice the tough stems off of the asparagus.
Place asparagus on oiled sheet pan.
Toss and roll asparagus in the oil.

Place mushroom pan and asparagus pan into the hot oven.
Roast both for 16 minutes.
Remove pans and sprinkle with a bit of salt and pepper.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
