Heat Oven To 425°
Ingredients:
2 Carrots 1 Parsnip 1 Onion 1 Potato 1 Turnip 2 Stalks Celery 2 Tbs. Olive Oil 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/2 tsp. Ground Pepper 1/2 tsp. Granulated Garlic, dry 1/2 tsp. Thyme, fresh or dry

Scrub, rinse and dry all vegetables.
Peel the onion only.
Cut everything into a small dice.

Gather and measure the oil and spices.

Place vegetables into a mixing bowl.
Add oil and spices.
Mix everything together.

Place vegetables onto a sheet pan.
Place pan in oven and roast vegetables for 20 minutes.
Remove pan from oven and serve.

Sprinkle with your choice of any fresh herb.
