Soy Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

1      Clove Garlic, peeled
1      Ounce Ginger, peeled
1      Shallot, peeled
1/4   Cup Cilantro, washed
1/2   Serrano Pepper

1/2   Cup Brown Rice Vinegar
1/4   Cup Soy Sauce
3      Tbs. Olive Oil
1      Tbs. Sesame Oil, dark


Place garlic, ginger, shallot, cilantro and serrano onto a cutting board.

Chop all ingredients into small pieces.

Place chopped ingredients into a bowl.

Add vinegar, soy, and both oils.

Mix before serving.
