Coconut-Date Stuffed Strawberries
4 Strawberries 2 Dates, medjool 2 Tbs. Coconut, unsweetened, shredded 4 Almonds, whole

Cut dates in half, remove pit.
Place date half on top of coconut.
Press and flatten date into coconut.
Turn over and do the other side.
Slit open strawberry.
Place coconut-date and one almond inside.
Serve
