Simple Salsa
an everyday condiment

Ingredients:
*
1 Tomato
1/2 Cucumber
3 Tablespoons Onion
1 Serrano Pepper
1 Avocado, small
1/2 bunch Cilantro
1 Lime
1/4 teaspoon Salt

Cut tomato, cucumber, onion, and avocado into large chunky pieces.
Slice the serrano pepper thin.

Place ingredients into a food processor.

Add ciantro, juice of one lime and salt.

Pulse the machine on and off about ten times.
Grind ingredients into small pieces.
Remove from the bowl and serve.
