1 tsp. Garlic, minced 3 Tbs. Tahini 2 Tbs. Olive Oil 2 Tbs. Red Vinegar 2 Tbs. Lemon Juice 2 Tbs. Water 1 tsp. Ground Cumin 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
Both the mayo and the dressing use the exact same ingredients.
The only difference is that the high speed of the blender will turn the ingredients into a thick mayonnaise-like spread and the food processor will make the ingredients into a vinaigrette.
Place all ingredients into blender or processor and run the machine for about 5 or 10 seconds.
