Ingredients:
4 Corn Tortillas 1 Tbs. Canola Oil
Cut tortillas in half.
Cut each half into quarters.
Cut quarters into eights.
Cut each eighth into 3 small wedges.

Heat Oven To 400°
Toss and separate tortilla strips.
Add oil and mix well.
Each strip should be lightly covered with oil.

Place strips on a foil covered sheet pan.
Try not to overlap the strips.
Roast strips in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
Strips are ready when crisp and golden brown.
Remove from pan to stop the cooking process.
Use as needed.
