Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2   Cucumber, grated
1      Cup Greek Yogurt, plain
1      Tbs. Chopped Dill, fresh
1      Clove Garlic, minced
1      Tbs. Olive Oil
1      Tbs. Lemon Juice
1      Pinch Salt and Pepper


Peel cucumber and grate on box grater.

Squeeze grated cucumber to discard all of the juice.

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
