Veggie Snack

Ingredients:

1   Cucumber
1   Red Pepper
1   Green Pepper
2   Carrots
1   Tomato
1   Avocado
1   Lime

pinch of salt

Directions:

Slice all vegetables.
Squeeze lime over everything and sprinkle some salt.

New Taste Thinking:

This simple little snack is another life-saver. I always like to keep cut up vegetables ready in the fridge.
I also recomend adding a bit of style when making things like this snack. The fancy presentation makes it even more fun to eat, especially if you are sharing it with someone.
