Whisper of Gorgonzola:

A great way to enjoy the strong, pungent flavors of a Bleu, Roquefort or Gorgonzola cheese, with and eye on the fat and  calories, is to place a little chunk of the cheese into the freezer.

Just wrap the cheese in some plastic and let if freeze hard.

When you want to add flavor to a recipe simply grate a little of the cheese over the top!
