Ingredients:

1      Acorn Squash, green or white
1      Tbs. Olive Oil
1      tsp.
Cajun Spice
1/2   tsp, Cinnamon, ground

1      Recipe
Lime-Ginger Glaze


Heat Oven To 350°

Cut two 1/2 inch slices off of the tip of the squash.

The seeds should be exposed.
 
Remove the seeds with a small spoon.



Cut all of the squash into 1/2 inch slices.

Be very careful of your fingers.


Lay squash onto a sheet pan.

Brush lightly with oil.

Sprinkle with Cajun spice and cinnamon.

Place pan into over and roast for 20 minutes.

Remove cooked squash from sheet pan and spoon glaze over the top.
