Greek Yogurt With Strawberry-Honey Sauce

Ingredients per Serving:
4 Tbs. Greek Yogurt 4 Strawberry-Honey Sauce* 1 Tbs. Blueberries 1 Tbs. Raspberries 1 Tbs. Pistachio Nuts, chopped 1 Pinch Sesame Seeds, whole
Strawberry-Honey Sauce* 1 Pint Fresh Strawberries 2 Tbs. Honey

Heat Oven To 375°
Rinse off the strawberries.
Cut off the green stems.
Place strawberries into a pan.
Roast in oven for 20 minutes.
Remove and let cool.

Place strawberries into a blender and puree.
You may need to crush the strawberries a little to help them make contact with the blender blades.

Pour strawberry puree into a bowl.
Heat honey in microwave for a few seconds.
Mix honey into strawberries to make the sauce.

To Serve:
Place 4 Tbs. of sauce into a shallow bowl.
Place a scoop of Greek yogurt into the bowl.
Sprinkle with pistachio nuts and sesame seeds.
Garnish with berries and serve.
