Granola Smoothie

Ingredients:

3 Ounces Almond or Soy Milk or Low-Fat Yogurt
3 Ounces Orange Juice
1  ounce Raspberries or Blueberries or Strawberries
3 Tablespoons Granola (can omit if you like)
1 Frozen Banana 

Gather and measure ingredients.

Note: Frozen ripe bananas work best.

Place all ingredients into a blender cup.

Puree all ingredients together.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
