Hand Carver Chicken Breast

Chicken Guacamole Sandwich
w/ cucumber, tomato and cilantro slaw

 
New Taste Thinking:
If you are looking for a better option to processed deli meats you can simply slice up some cold chicken breast or roast turkey breast.
It is no secret that processed meats are high in sodium and fat as well as full of preservatives allowing them to sit in deli cases for months.
A sandwich is a popular lunch item yet doesn't really need a slice of cheese.

 
Ingredients:
2      Slices Whole Wheat Toast
2      Tablespoons Guacamole
4      Slices Tomato
6      Slices Cucumber
3      Ounces Sliced Everyday Chicken Breast
1/4   Cup Cilantro Slaw

Toast bread.
 
Spread guacamole on one slice.
 
Top with cucumber and tomato.

 
Add chicken or turkey; top with slaw.

 
Chefs tip:
 
Slice top piece of bread in half.
 
Place sliced bread on top of sandwich.
 
This will allow you to cut through without smashing ingredients.
